In in the Games app itself first then come back. I have the same issue as you though with certain games, where it seems to think it is logged in, and then asks my permission to use my computer for stuff, then as soon as I choose yes I get a response that I can not log in, and sometimes I am directed to log I get the starting over, It's all the free stuff I don't get. In another case I have Jet Pack Joyride giving me every thing for free, and starting from the beginning. Reformats, and had no luck after getting certain apps to log in. Like this should be Best Buys problem, and not theirs. in fact the only help the licenced Microsoft techs, and the folks I bought my computer from is that I should just return my PC for an exchange. It is interesting that the programs can successfully ask for and gain permission to run from my Windows Live ID. My windows live account uses my Gmail email address. The only issue I am unsure of is whether I am having trouble because I have been dealing with this since my Asus EP121, three ATIV PC Pros (problems) and a number of OS reinstalls. However on my machine Ativ PC Pro (surface pro equivalent) it never works. Surprisingly I was able to sign in to his store account with my windows ID, install the apps and login with no problem. With the error comes instructions toġ) Sign into the store with the same account used to purchase the appģ.1) I have tried this on my son's Samsung 500T. I have not been able to login to Spartan Assult, Buck Hunter or Wordament. The programs are unable to "sign in". I am having a difficult time with certain windows 8 apps, mostly games.
